Your sterile workflow depends on consistent supply. We ship all in-stock RTU and crimped vials, stoppers, caps, trays, and nests within 1–2 business days. Every order is packed to protect Type I borosilicate glass and maintain the integrity of gamma-sterilized components.

Shipping Details

Processing Time: Orders placed before 2 PM (local fulfillment center time) ship the same or next business day.

Carrier Options: Standard ground, expedited air, and freight options for bulk pallets.

Tracking: Tracking information is emailed automatically when your shipment leaves our facility.

International Orders: We ship globally. Import duties and customs clearance are the responsibility of the customer.

Cold Chain or Controlled Environment Needs

If your lab requires special handling or temperature controls, our support team will coordinate packaging and transport requirements prior to shipment.

Returns & Replacements

We stand behind the quality of every lot.

Accepted Returns: Unopened, unused, undamaged products within 30 days of delivery.

Non-Returnable Items: Sterile products with compromised packaging, custom bulk orders, and opened vial trays.

Damaged Shipments: If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos, and we will replace the affected items immediately.

Refunds: Issued to the original payment method once returned items are inspected.
